Epichlorohydrin is a basic organic chemical with a wide range of uses. It is an intermediate for synthesizing glycerol and the main raw material for synthesizing epoxy resin, chlorohydrin rubber and other products. It can be used in the manufacture of glass fiber reinforced plastics, adhesives, cation exchange resins, electrical insulation products, as well as solvents, plasticizers, stabilizers, surfactants and pharmaceuticals, or in the manufacture of various synthetic resins with special features.
